To take it off from the record, the Department of Motor Vehicle must be contacted with a request for the suspension to be taken off.

I live in St. Peters, MO but visiting Illinois. I do not have car insurance but I do have a drivers license. Am I allowed to drive someone else’s vehicle who has car insurance?

You are allowed to drive in other states other than your home state in St. Peters, Missouri usually. There are exceptions such as if you have a junior, restricted license, or some graduating license instead of full, valid license.
